drinks.pet uses AI to help draft articles. This page says exactly what that means.

The model

Drafts are written by GPT-6 models, called directly through OpenAI’s API. We do not route this work through any other AI gateway or third-party relay.

A person reviews every draft

Nothing an AI drafts goes live on its own. Every AI-assisted draft is reviewed and published by a person, never by an automated pipeline.

Labeled and sourced

Where a published article was AI-assisted, it carries a visible “AI-generated content” label and, alongside it, a provenance note: the sources count and the draft date, and the reviewer’s name where one is recorded.

What we do not do

We do not use AI to invent quotes, prices, availability or reviews, or to impersonate a person. Claims in AI-assisted drafts are checked against real sources before publishing.
